氢化磷脂是以天然磷脂为原料，在催化剂作用下，将不饱和脂肪酸（双键加氢）变成饱和脂肪酸，饱和的氢化磷脂改变了天然磷脂容易氧化的性质，并且其具有良好的兼容性和有效性，作为稳定剂和表面活性剂被应用于各种化妆品中，特别适合于O/W乳液。
